While I was in Orlando, I also worked the ASCO Annual Meeting for Roche (May 30 to June 1).
My main responsibility was checking the credentials of everyone wishing to enter the International Area. I was polite but fair in enforcing the FDA Regulations so that none of our visitors were offended (and the company avoided fines). Aside from that, I also distributed information to the attendees and directed Roche employees to their appropriate check-in area.
