Voice Only (No Video)

Come as you are, where ever you are!

"No - these sessions won't be recorded" (but for a very good reason)... and other answers you may be looking for:

1. WHAT MAKES THIS SERIES "UNOFFICIAL"?

This series is hosted by Exhibitors WINH (not IAEE) and your facilitator, Robyn, will be attending CEM Week alongside you, as a CEM candidate (not a CEM graduate or CEM instructor).

It's our understanding that there is not currently an "official" book club or other prep group... and we just thought it would be more fun to prepare together vs. separately :)

2. WHO'S INVITED TO PARTICIPATE?

All exhibition organizers are welcome to participate in these sessions, including you!

We expect these sessions will be especially helpful for anyone who:

  • is planning to attend CEM Week (or will take these courses at another time) and would like to feel better prepared for their participation
  • has already completed these courses and would like to refresh their memory on the key points
  • is interested in these topics and would like to discuss them with their peers (no CEM-affiliation required)

3. WHY SHOULD YOU PARTICIPATE?

These 30-minute "voice only" online meetings are designed to help you complete one of your big pre-CEM Week tasks (reviewing the required reading for each course), while squeezing in a little extra peer-to-peer networking time too.

In other words, they're casual conversations on important industry topics... that we expect you will genuinely enjoy.

Plus, as below, you can earn continuing education credits* for your participation.

4. HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each session will be facilitated by Robyn at Exhibitors WINH... but, as a "discussion," not a "lecture..." so please come prepared to contribute to the conversation, if you can - the required reading for each CEM Week course is available on the IAEE website (registration required).

** If you are not planning to attend a CEM Week course (so you don't have access to the course materials), that's okay! Please plan to register for as many "Unofficial CEM Week Book Club" sessions as you'd like - you can still contribute your experiences/insights and learn from others.

You'll access each session through Zoom and you don't need to be dressed up or anything as we'll keep cameras turned off, but voice/audio on. There will only be a few slides (just to keep us on track), so feel free to log in from your computer or the Zoom app on your phone/tablet - you can even join in "on the go," if you need or want to!

Note: these sessions will NOT be recorded so that all participants can feel fully comfortable sharing their experiences, insights, and questions; we hope you can attend in real time.

5. CAN I EARN CEM CREDITS?

Yes - if you attend a session for the full 30-minutes, then you will earn .5 CEM CE Credits* for your participation. We will confirm the list of eligible participants with IAEE at the end of the series so they can apply the credits you've earned (for all sessions - up to 3 total CEM CE Credits*) to your account.

* Exhibitors WINH is a "preferred provider" for the CEM program and this series is currently pending approval for continuing education credits by IAEE - we will update this page once the sessions have been officially approved.

6. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PARTICIPATE?

There is no fee to participate in this series or to earn the CEM CE credits*, but (free) registration is required; you can register for as many sessions as you'd like below.

7. WHO DO I CONTACT WITH OTHER QUESTIONS?

If you have more questions about this series, you can contact us at info@ExhibitorsWINH.com. If you have questions about CEM Week, start here.

Attend any individual session or all six - the choice is yours!(free registration is required)

If you'd only like to attend a session or two, please click the blue "attend" buttons below the individual session(s) you're most interested in to register for those one by one.
