1. Who should attend Trade Show Summer School 2025?

This program is designed to best serve business-to-business trade show exhibitors who are new/new-ish to exhibiting.

Everyone is welcome...

Expected attendees for TSSS 2025: new exhibitors, new-ish exhibitors, experienced exhibitors, organizers, and suppliers

...and, as a result, we often see more experienced exhibitors in our "beginner-level" classes (as they want to confirm they aren't overlooking anything important in their on-going trade show efforts), along with both exhibition organizers and industry suppliers (who want to better serve their customers).

That said, please note that our theme for this year is "back to basics" - if you are not interested in starting at the very beginning, content-wise, this program will not be a good fit for you.


2. How will the sessions work?

Fifteen 30-minute "lunch and learn" sessions will be offered to explain: (A) three avoidable mistakes new exhibitors often make, (B) four strategic questions every exhibitor needs to answer now, (C) five next steps for future planning, and (D) more...

During each of these "regular sessions," a portion of our time will be dedicated to the core focus areas (as listed above) and a portion of our time will be dedicated to a related takeaway (e.g. tips for better booth design, four evaluation methods, etc.).

* Yes - these session will be recorded; each recording will be added to the platform within 24 hours after its live session is complete.

In addition to the regular "lunch and learn" sessions, there will also be four "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) sessions with Robyn. The AMAs will be live only.

In each AMA session, we will spend a short time reviewing the previous "lunch and learn" lessons, along with any bonus content. The majority of each AMA session will be spent answering questions from those in attendance.

* We will also announce the bonus prize winners during the AMA sessions... and, don't worry - you do not have to be present to win.

3. How much does Trade Show Summer School cost?

When you enroll, your investment includes:

  • access to all 15 "lunch and learn" sessions (live and via recording)
  • the opportunity to earn a personalized certificate of completion for the program and social sharing badge for each session you complete
  • access to 4 bonus "Ask Me Anything" sessions with Robyn (live only)
  • access to the program platform (where you'll find session access, recordings, and other bonus materials) until September 5, 2025
  • access to workbook and accountability tracker by mail (shipping fees apply) or PDF, plus stickers and postcards, if you'd like
  • no risk guarantee and the opportunity to earn prizes, if you choose

4. What happened to the "single session" enrollment option?

When we started this summer, we wanted to make this program as accessible as possible to interested exhibitors, so we were offering two enrollment options: full series and single session.

Unfortunately, as the summer progressed, we found that there wasn't enough interest in the "single session" option to justify the effort required to continue offering it.

We hope that you will be able to participate at the "full series" level (as explained above).


5. Do you offer refunds, if I try the program and discover that it isn't a good fit?

Yes - we have a "no risk guarantee" for Trade Show Summer School 2025.

This basically means: if you decide this program isn't for you, all you'll have to do is tell us why/what went wrong and we'll make it right (with your choice of a full refund or a free 20-minute video consulting call).
