With less than a month until 2024 begins, it’s time to do a deep dive into your exhibiting program from start to finish. This interactive, online workshop is designed to guide exhibitors through the process of assessing their typical trade show efforts and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement.

In this intensive, three-hour online workshop, exhibitors like you will:

  • Define Robyn’s “five essential steps to exhibiting success”
  • Compare your typical trade show efforts to what’s working for exhibitors today within each step, both on your own and with the help of Robyn and your peers
  • Identify areas of opportunity for improvement in each area and prioritize those according to your “highest potential” opportunities
  • Outline a realistic plan to take action on the ideas you’ve gathered from Robyn and your peers during this workshop over the course of the upcoming year
  • List relevant resources and address as many questions as time permits

In this workshop, you will learn from Robyn, connect with your fellow exhibitors, and work on your own to prepare for a more productive and successful exhibiting experience for your company (and yourself) in 2024 and beyond!

** Bonus points! To maximize our time together, prior to this workshop, please review your most recent and largest/most important trade show evaluations. If you don’t have evaluations or haven’t exhibited at any trade shows yet, that’s okay – please take some time to collect your thoughts on what you think you’d like to do at your next exhibition instead.

Effective communication between organizers like you and your exhibitors is crucial to a productive working relationship and a successful show...

In this intensive, three-hour online workshop, organizers like you will:

  • Review the key components of an effective exhibitor communications plan
  • Evaluate your typical/planned communications, on your own and with the help of Robyn and your peers
  • Identify areas of opportunity within each area and note tips/ideas to prioritize the “highest potential” opportunities
  • List several key exhibitor communications and outline a plan to create these key pieces, starting during this workshop
  • List relevant resources and address as many questions as time permits

In this workshop, you will learn from Robyn, connect with your fellow organizers, and work on your own to improve your exhibitor communications for 2024 and beyond!

** Bonus points! To maximize our time together, prior to this workshop, please review your overall exhibitor communications plan (if available) and bring samples of the pieces you feel are the most important (whether you’ve had success with them or know they require improvements). Also, please make time to collect your thoughts on any improvement ideas you’ve already been considering.

Many organizers wish to help their exhibitors because they care; but, even selfishly, it makes good business sense for you (as an exhibition organizer) to go above and beyond to empower your exhibitors to justify their participation in your show.

The concept of exhibiting ROI and, more broadly, trade show value feels “fuzzy” for a lot of professionals on both sides of the aisle, so you may not be sure where to start… don’t worry – this session can help!

In this fast-paced session, exhibition organizers like you will:

  • Review the 10+ types of value your exhibitors can achieve at most trade shows (likely including yours) and highlight the ways in which your show may already be supporting exhibitors in those areas (even if you aren’t promoting them properly yet) or might consider adding support in the future.
  • List the two big types of evaluation every exhibitor should complete, along with four different methods to determine the true value of exhibiting (ROI is barely the beginning); again, continuing to share tips/ideas to help you help your exhibitors through this process.
  • Identify relevant resources and address any questions that are top of mind for you.

This session includes plenty of actionable takeaways for you to implement right away.

Studies have shown that (at least pre-pandemic) the majority of exhibitors weren’t consistently evaluating their participation in their repeated trade shows; they were simply adding them to their budget and continuing to exhibit year after year…

But, now, expectations are higher and budgets are tighter. It’s more important than ever to ensure you leave each event with a clear picture of its value so you can make smart decisions when it comes to your future trade show participation (and all of your other business efforts too).

In this fast-paced session, exhibitors like you will:

  • List 10+ types of quantifiable value you can obtain at most trade shows, with tips for actually quantifying the value you receive
  • Identify the two big goals every exhibitor should set and the two types of evaluation you should complete for each trade show
  • Outline four different methods of demonstrating your exhibiting results (e.g. for reporting and/or internal discussion), along with quick tips for creating an effective post-show report
  • Identify relevant resources to support you in this process and address any questions that are top of mind for you
